Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Sushi rice
  • 1-3 fillets Salmon fillets
  • ½ tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • ¼ cup Cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp Furikake (Japanese seasoning)
  • 2-3 sheets Nori (seaweed) sheets
  • 1 tbsp Sriracha sauce (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Layer the sushi rice in the bottom of a baking dish. Gently press it down to create an even base.
  • Combine the shredded salmon with the creamy mayo mixture, then layer it over the rice.
  • Bake for 20 minutes until the top is golden and bubbly.
  • Top with furikake and nori sheets for extra flavor, and serve hot!
