- 2 cups Sushi rice
- 1-3 fillets Salmon fillets
- ½ tbsp Mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- ¼ cup Cream cheese
- 2 tbsp Furikake (Japanese seasoning)
- 2-3 sheets Nori (seaweed) sheets
- 1 tbsp Sriracha sauce (optional)
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Layer the sushi rice in the bottom of a baking dish. Gently press it down to create an even base.
Combine the shredded salmon with the creamy mayo mixture, then layer it over the rice.
Bake for 20 minutes until the top is golden and bubbly.
Top with furikake and nori sheets for extra flavor, and serve hot!
