Ingredients
  

  • 6 Large eggs
  • 3 Tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 Tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 Tsp apple cider vinegar (or white vinegar)
  • tsp salt
  • Tsp black pepper
  • ¼ Tsp paprika (plus more for garnish)
  • 1 Tbsp sweet pickle relish (optional)
  • ½ Tsp hot sauce (optional, for spice)
  • 1 Tbsp finely chopped chives or parsley (for garnish)

Instructions
 

  • Place eggs in a saucepan and cover with cold water.
  • Bring to a boil, then remove from heat and let sit for 12 minutes.
  • Transfer eggs to an ice bath to cool for at least 5 minutes.
  • Gently tap eggs on a hard surface and peel under running water.
  • Slice eggs in half lengthwise and remove yolks.
  • Mash yolks in a bowl and mix with mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt, pepper, paprika, and optional ingredients (pickle relish or hot sauce).
  • Stir until smooth and creamy.
  • Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites.
  • Sprinkle with extra paprika and chopped chives or parsley.
  • Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
