Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground lamb
  • ¼ cup red onion finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp ground coriander
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 tbsp olive oil for grilling
  • 4 burger buns
  • Lettuce tomato slices, and tzatziki sauce for serving

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Patty Mixture: In a bowl, combine ground lamb, red onion, garlic, cumin, coriander, smoked paprika, salt, pepper, and parsley. Mix gently until just combined.
  • Form Patties: Divide the mixture into four equal portions and shape them into burger patties, about ¾-inch thick.
  • Preheat Grill or Pan: Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Lightly oil the surface to prevent sticking.
  • Cook the Burgers: Cook the lamb patties for about 4–5 minutes per side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C).
  • Assemble the Burgers: Toast the buns if desired. Place a lamb patty on the bottom bun, add lettuce, tomato slices, and a spoonful of tzatziki sauce. Cover with the top bun.
  • Serve Immediately: Enjoy with a side of fries, salad, or grilled vegetables.
