Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon dried thyme
  • ¼ cup chopped parsley
  • Olive oil spray for baking

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl, combine ground chicken, Parmesan, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, thyme, and parsley. Mix until fully incorporated.
  • Scoop tablespoon-sized portions and roll into balls, then flatten into small disks resembling crackers.
  • Place the crackers on the prepared baking sheet and lightly spray with olive oil.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
  • Allow to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
