Ingredients
  

  • 6 large jalapeño peppers
  • 8 oz 225g cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 lb 450g ground pork sausage
  • 12 slices of bacon
  • ½ cup BBQ sauce

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the Grill or Oven: Set to 375°F (190°C).
  • Prepare the Jalapeños: Slice off the tops and remove seeds.
  • Make the Cheese Filling: In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika.
  • Stuff the Peppers: Fill each jalapeño with the cheese mixture.
  • Wrap in Sausage: Flatten a portion of sausage and wrap it around each stuffed jalapeño, sealing it completely.
  • Wrap in Bacon: Tightly wrap each sausage-covered jalapeño with bacon slices, securing with toothpicks if needed.
  • Cook: Place on a baking sheet or grill and cook for 25-30 minutes, turning occasionally, until the bacon is crispy and sausage is fully cooked.
  • Glaze with BBQ Sauce: In the last 5 minutes of cooking, brush with BBQ sauce and let it caramelize.
  • Serve: Let them cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
